Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related Information Systems discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analyst role.
Preference given to those with experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry or retail point of sale system experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Achievement oriented, multi-task capable, and team player
Strong change agent with tact & diplomacy
Experience with open systems architecture and tools (Microsoft .NET framework .DLL, RDL, XML, SQL)
Previous experience using Visio or other process mapping software skills

Key Responsibilities:

Determine and document the operational objectives, assumptions, constraints and business functions required. Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project feasibility
Develop cost (dollars and resources) and benefit estimates to establish the project’s worth, including recommendation of alternatives to deliver the requested results
Define project requirements by identifying phases, milestones, functional as-is and to-be process models, and detailed functional deliverables
In conjunction with the Manager prepare milestone reviews for gated approvals and future project direction
Develop testing and acceptance criteria for each step of the project
Identify and quantify risks and mitigating factors related to a project
Conducts testing and supports the user testing process to ensure all requirements are met
Ensure all project documentation is completed fully and accurately, including project charter, change requests, implementation plans, training requirements and support requirements
Develop installation and training guides as applicable to the project
Gain a detailed understanding of how the solution functions and be able to provide support, control updates, and where required provide system modifications to deliver additional functionality
Work directly with internal customers, consultants, vendors and service providers to meet business and project requirements
