不错,你的oven预热了没有?定温多少?

如果是普通oven需要375K,如果是convection oven,360F就可以了。我感觉似乎有点生...

没错,就是温度低了;烤了30分钟。应该烤350度,上色450度就好了;老婆评价还不错,烤的焦的好吃些。

不要上400F以上,把糖烤焦就不好吃了。我建议375F,20分钟。中间可以转一下烤盘保证均匀
