搬不动只能在本地炒出租房挣点现金,房子增值不值一提。要不资本经济呢?越有钱挣钱就越容易,两极分化只会越来越严重。可惜滑铁卢租房市场也饱和了,还是刚需不行,而且一有风吹草动房价就跌不像GTA有刚需撑着,比如前几年rim刚倒台时房价就下跌20%,费了5 年才回过劲来。

你是新移民,没见过rim的兴衰。问问在滑铁卢住过10 年以上的就知道了,邻居很多在rim上班的卖房去美国,房价从43 万跌倒35万,好在那是加币还值钱,没有亏太多,去年房子又长回40 万

我是去年办理滑铁卢的,rim倒之前房子可以卖42万,等rim大批layoff人,房价跌到35,6 万没有舍得卖,去年40 万出手,这期间GTA已经翻番了,小城就是这样。中国一线城市不也是这样吗?即使中国有泡沫房价下调也是二三线城市,一线不会跌的。
