Oakville10 年以上旧的房子长得最快,地大房子大,西人喜欢邻居之间远一些,后院可以party,所以富人近两年涌向该地是有道理的。但没人买新房子,如dundas北边的心房涨幅远不如传统老区

oakville十年是新房。十年左右的区只有westoak Trails. 这个区地已经不大。你卫星图上看,房子距离是老区的2/3.它的涨幅远不如30年左右的区。
