WCCA Inc. is an Ontario registered non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit organization. WCCA was founded in 2007 as the parent organization of CPACTT (Chinese Professional Association of Canada\'s Technology Triangle) for a broader reach to the Chinese community in the Region of Waterloo. Incepted in 2003, CPACTT has a vision of serving as a platform for the ethnic Chinese professionals to share knowledge in Canada \'s Technology Triangle - the Waterloo region and its surrounding areas. Over the years, CPACTT had grown amazingly, becoming the largest Chinese association in the Kitchener Waterloo and Cambridge/Guelph area with over 600 members.

The missions to WCCA are
o Serving and representing the interest of the local ethnic Chinese community;
o Enriching the quality of life and social standing of Chinese Canadians;
o Nurturing professional development and business opportunities;
o Helping our future generations and new comers to develop their full potentials;
o Enhancing the contributions of the Chinese community to the society;
o Preserving and promoting Chinese culture and heritage;
